The most amazing doctor ever, kind, compassionate, explains things so you understand completely, doesn’t rush you out, and I think every doctor should ask this , “ is there anything else you need to ask or concerns you may have before you leave?” Generally cares about his patients, my daughter, son and spouse have both been to visit this clinic with outstanding services from secretary, and doctors, getting us in so fast, and feeling so comfortable and pleased when we leave! 1st consult today, Dr. Gray, was very clear explaining to me the status of my condition. What I really liked about Dr. Gray during my visit he swiveled his monitor to show and tell in simple language, very compassionate and would follow up. In the waiting area, his other patients highly spoke of him - I felt already at easy prior to our meet (Hey! I am in good hands)-his staff/office team are very helpful and supportive to comply with the transition. I thank U for being here for me.

I just received my hearing aids a week ago and one of them stopped working. I call Alon and he said could I come in and see him in an hour. We went right away and he checked out the hearing aid and found I had a dead speaker. He replaced the speaker for me right there and we were on our way. Before I even purchased them I called him a few time for information and he always took time to explain everything. From start to finish I have been very impressed with his service and also his prices.
