I had a Rx that required a compound pharmacist. I called around with no positive responses. When I came across Peter, at Mapleview, he explained to me why I was having difficulties getting my insurance coverage.He then contacted my insurance and once he found out were the problem was, he contacted my family doctor and rectified the situation. My husband is in pain, but I explained that I could not get to the pharmacy for 2 days due to car problems. Delivery was free to Innisfil.Thx Peter. Read more

I have never experienced such personalized and excellent care from an pharmacy. The pharmacist took a long time counselling me and giving ne suggestions. The staff communicated with me several times to let me know that they had received the prescription, before they processed it and when it was out for delivery. The fact that they delivered for free (all the way to Alliston) was the icing on the cake. It's so rare to find such excellent customer service. I highly recommend this pharmacy! Read more
